life back to normal!

this morning i woke and fed the crew. simon was a little annoying this morning, but just in spurts of it. not constant. i had an odd dream, but can't really remember it. just the feeling is left over.

i got myself caught up with my blogs (google reader is a blessing and a curse. for when there are 40+ posts over the past few days to get caught up on, daunting). i've had my regular half a bagel (one half of the half with peanut butter, the other with butter). i'm sipping on my coffee and there is a chill to the air.

today is going to consist of the following (well, some of it at least)

weeding the front yard (why does it always come off my fingers as wedding...)
buying a new coffee bean grinder (there was a mishap)
lunching with kiley (yea!)
hanging with chuck (yea squared!)
canning of tomato sauce (possibly)

and lounging. a lot.

you?

Today consisted of work. Then I hung out with the granddaughter and we went out for dinner. She harvested my garden before we left.

Am having lunch with your parents and then I am going to knit for Nathan the sweater with cars in the design. He is so excited he wants it right now!!

The lunch with Lily was absolutely marvelous. We had a grand time. After that we went shopping for Xmas gifts. Yeah, you're right, we do it every year. It spreads the "wealth" throughout the year and we are doing our part to help the economy.

Learned a new thing about facebook - notes and tags. By now you know you have been tagged. snerx. This could be dangerous.

Some day I will just publish my comment without correcting the misspelled words. Actually they aren't misspelled, the letters get mixed up. Dyslexic fingers at work.

Love ya,

Dad

I feel like life is getting a little more back to normal, but I agree that Google Reader can sometimes be a little daunting. I couldn't really keep up for about three weeks and had over 400 posts to read. It's then kind of a deterrant to keep up :)
