I like the chaturanga pose...it shows off your super strong and svelt arms! Well, the other one does too, I suppose, but I like the first one. You are looking wonderful my dear!
chaturanga.... isn't that the mythical beastie that's been evisorating goats somewhere in Mexico?
Sorry sweetie. I'm so not educated... I'm an artist.. remember?
Thanks for your visit to ma' blog. Busy week, and haven't had much time to write. I'll try to today.. jez for you!
BUT, holy hotness babe! You look fantastic! Granted, I miss the ultra-cozy Scarf look too.. but considering I was once 280lbs, and down to roughly 200 now, I can relate to the joy of fitting into PANTS and not ghetto jumpsuits.
You look marvelous, my dear. My wife tried yoga once, and...well... I said once, right?
Kerri- I love Chaturanga for that reason alone. It's what got me the guns!! LOL
Amanda- Thank you darling. I was feeling the need for change.
Dad- I love you too. I feel mahvelous and THAT is what really matters in the grand scheme.
Bekah- I also like Vasisthasana (side plank) for the simple fact that it actually does take about the same amount of strength, even more at times, but it looks more peaceful.
Bronxbt- Rock on you! It's an ugly thing to face, that whole weight loss thing. Lucky for me I had the dear husband competing with me to see who could shed the most... Yoga is an amazing thing for me, but not for all.
I like the second pose, it shows off your beautifull figure better, and it looks more peaceful, and it looks more like a yoga pose than the first. The first could just be a push-up. I am very happy that you are losing weight, even happier that you are more centered and relaxed.

Seconded.
Also - love the new icon photo.
I agree with Kerri. The chaturanga pose is the better of the photos. You can see more of you in that position.
I am so proud of how you have taken charge of your healthy life like you have. You look mahvelous dahling.
I am sure your story will be an inspiration to others.
Keep up you good works.
Love,
Dad

Namaste all...

Love you...
I like the second pose, as well. It looks graceful. The first one makes me hurt, as I'm dreadful at pushups, moreso since my shoulder injury.
Yes, the second pose. The Vasisthasana. (I keep trying to say it in my head!)
