We have our first viewing. I'm pretty jazzed. Of course I joke we'll also have our first offer, but we'll just have to wait and see. :)

    George and Gale were over for dinner last evening. I told Gale of my two ideas about having the seller's agent come see you house. She added a third, a swap. Neat idea, eh?
